The Narcotics Division's primary goals are to enforce local, state, and federal statutes which prohibit the possession, use, or distribution of narcotics and other restricted or controlled substances and to prevent and deter the use, possession, trafficking, and sale of illegal narcotics within Habersham County.

The Criminal Investigations Division is a full service unit which investigates a wide spectrum of crimes occurring within Habersham County. The Criminal Investigations Division responds to and assumes investigative authority over all major cases and crime scenes within Habersham County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
